Organic life - A life choice

At the beginning of this photographic work, I had simple questions. What is organic and why choose organic ?

Around 2% of agriculture is organic in France. It means that this is a minor activity. And most of production is local and not industrialized. If it's not for business which life philosophy leads this life choice ?

I joined these organic productors for a few hours. Following them in their daily tasks and emergencies, just trying to capture a moment in their life.
